REPAIR
Due to poor workmanship from the builder,
this home had extensive water damage. It had improper flashing, incorrect building paper installation, & failure to provide an outlet for water to weep out from behind the stone. This caused the building paper to deteriorate, leaving the framing exposed to dry-rot. The front of this home had to be reframed. |
